Offering services in residential sales and lettings we are here to help you with your property journey.

We pride ourselves on our marketing and when we are chosen by our customer to advertise we will ensure that the photographs and floorplans are exemplary. We will advertise the property on the major websites including rightmove and zoopla and we embrace the additional technology such as facebook and Instagram. And, of course, our trusty sale boards are always recognisable.

We will always vet our buyers and tenants to ensure that we match you with the best person possible and we will be with you all of the way until you hand over the keys.

Fresh Estates

Refundable Holding deposit Capped at 1 weeks rent

Security Deposit - Capped at 4 weeks rent for annual rental

Rent - The agreed monthly rent

Changes to tenancy - Capped at £50 inc VAT

Early termination charge - Not exceeding the landlord’s financial losses

Late payment of rent - Interest of 3% above BoE base rate for each day the rent is late, once it is 14 days overdue

Replacement keys - Reasonable costs or give the tenant the option to purchase themselves

Utilities, council tax, communication services, TV Licence etc - Tenants own responsibility unless otherwise stated in contract

Landlord Fees

Let only fee of £500 plus vat

A full management fee of £100 plus vat let fee with a monthly charge of 6% plus vat
